    I鈥檓 a real estate attorney, broker, and investor based in Maryland, and a lot of my work involves helping investors with the contract, ownership, and legal side of their properties. I鈥檝e found that some of the best conversations come from comparing how other investors approach their deals and the issues they run into along the way.
