Land/home package investing

I came across a guy online sharing stories about his land/home package investing and I grew very curious. Is there anyone out there currently doing this in Central Kentucky? What have been some of your biggest challenges? I'd love to learn more!

More specifically, I’m curious about land/home packages with mobile homes.

@Nathan Strahan not personally doing that but I am the go to for central KY on BP and pretty much know everyone in the market. Curious to learn more exactly what you are seeking. I can tell you if it is legit if that is what you are looking an answer to.
