Hi everyone,
My name is Sterling, and I am a graduate student at Portland State University. I have a class project, and I'm looking for people who own a short-term rental and manage things like cleaning, repairs, and getting it ready for the next guest.
We can do a phone call, a Zoom meeting, or a simple Google Form you can answer at your own pace.
@Sterling NA thanks for connecting here. You might get some hits on this in some facebook group pages too. Meaning, there are several "Portland Real Estate Investor" Group pages. Same with "Oregon Real Estate Investor" group pages too. Some of those groups have THOUSANDS of members in them. You may not need "Oregon" specifically for what you are doing but there are many different state and city REI groups. Try some of those and see if you get some responses. Thanks!

Sterling, it may help to add the approximate time commitment and two sample questions to this post. For the operations part, I’d include a scenario where a cleaner discovers a repair right before check-in: who notices it, who makes the call, and how does the guest hear about it? That should reveal more about the workflow than a list of software tools.
