@Anthony Antonelli welcome aboard! Mixed-use and fixers is a fun lane, and the fixers are where you learn the most, fast. Our team works eastern PA and central Jersey, so it's always good to see more NJ folks on here. Hope the Kearny space leases up quick. Best of luck!

Anthony, welcome to BiggerPockets! Always great connecting with fellow New Jersey investors, especially those focused on mixed-use, multifamily, and value-add opportunities.
I'm active throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania in real estate investment financing, helping investors with acquisitions, fix-and-flips, BRRRR strategies, construction, and long-term rental financing.
I'm a big believer that relationships create opportunities, and having the right people in your network can make all the difference.
And being next to Pizzaland from The Sopranos is definitely a great conversation starter! As a Sopranos fan myself, I appreciate that location.
Would enjoy connecting, comparing notes on the NJ market, and seeing where we might be able to help each other grow. Wishing you continued success!
Welcome to the network, Anthony! That retail spot next to Pizzaland is iconic, I hope you find a great tenant for it soon. Let's connect so you have a reliable source in your corner for your next acquisition. Best of luck with the leasing!
Commercial tenants can be great because they often stay longer, handle more of their own expenses, and generate higher rents per square foot. But when a commercial space goes vacant, it can take significantly longer to fill than a residential apartment.
Any interest in a buy and hold and STillwater? SF that may be able to rebuild a garage that had an apartment over it. 3/4 bedrooms with 1 bath. 3 levels on .3 acres. let me know if you have any interest.
