what are some good crm systems to use

Hi guys, I’m just recently getting back into real estate, and I’ve been looking at some CRM systems. I wanted to get some feedback on what you guys are currently using and what you like or dislike about them.

So far, these are some of the options I’ve been looking into and why: seems like a solid option. They have some cool features, like showing you the seller’s mortgage and equity information. One thing I really like is that they have contracts ready to send directly from their portal, so you don’t have to waste time uploading everything to DocuSign or other websites. They advertise that you can send a contract and have the seller sign it within 1–2 minutes, which could save a lot of time.

I’m thinking about giving them a try, but I’d like to hear from people who have experience with different CRMs before committing to one.

What are you guys using, and what would you recommend for someone getting back into wholesaling? Also, are there any other CRMs worth checking out that make managing leads, sending contracts, and closing deals easier? and if you have any experience with dealrivet please let me know how it was

@Karlos Hermiz Our team runs Follow Up Boss. It's built more for agents than wholesalers, so you won't get equity data out of the box, but the automation and texting are solid. With APIs and a little AI layered on top, you can make just about any CRM extremely powerful for whatever you need. Either way, the CRM matters less than the discipline: every lead gets a next action and a date. A lot of deals come from the fifth or tenth touch.

Welcome back — since you're getting back into wholesaling, I'd avoid locking into another monthly CRM before your pipeline is full again. I built my whole follow-up system inside a Google Sheet — one row per lead, a date that turns red when you miss it, your data in your own Drive, $49 once, no monthly seat and no platform that can shut down on you. I put the follow-up part up free if you want to test the idea first — link in my profile (Free Tracker page).

Before picking one I'd write down what has to happen after a seller says maybe. Who calls back, when, and where that date lives. Most wholesaling CRMs can do that, the real difference is whether you'll actually keep it updated. Equity data is nice but your list provider usually has it too. What does your follow-up look like right now, mostly texts or calls?
