Hello everyone!
I’m looking to connect with Baltimore-area real estate investors, wholesalers, and property owners. I genuinely enjoy driving and exploring neighborhoods, and I’d like to combine that passion with my growing interest in real estate investing.
I’m currently serving in the military and have a full-time career, but I’m looking to utilize my evenings and weekends (when not traveling for work) to offer Driving for Dollars and local property scouting services for investors who need an extra set of eyes on the Baltimore market.
A little about me: I have previous real estate experience, own property, and am eager to learn more about the investment and development side of the business while building relationships with experienced investors.

Hi @Jermaine Lindsay! It's great to see someone getting involved in the Baltimore investment community. Having someone local who knows the neighborhoods and can check out properties can be helpful, especially for investors who aren't always in the area.
I'm a real estate attorney, broker, and investor based in Maryland, and I work with investors on property transactions, contracts, and other real estate matters. I've seen how important it is to look beyond a property's condition and understand things like ownership and title before moving forward with a deal.
