My name is Chris Villanueva and I am a real estate agent that is making a transition out of education. I am looking to build my network out here. I am originally from the Abilene area and have lived out in Central Texas for a couple of years. Hi Chris, welcome — good to meet another Chris here. I'm in San Antonio and still learning, mostly looking at creative finance and how deals work in practice. What part of Central Texas are you focused on most, and what kind of investors are you hoping to help first?
I am more focused right now in the Leander/Georgetown/Round rock area but definitely willing to connect with anyone around the state. I currently reside in Leander. I am looking to help investors who are looking to expand their rental portfolios and from what I understand since this is more of a site for investing and what not I will also be looking to find some clients in the area to sell and list some homes for.
