@Nelson Martinez so you've got $1500 this month, then $3k, then $4500 and so on...Not really a lot you can do with that small sum of cash that isn't high risk:(1) Private/HML Lending: investors are typically looking for $25k plus.2) Wholesaling: you don't know what you're doing yet.3) Buying real estate: that's what you're saving up to do!
