This will protect me from any clouds on title as well as liens that weren't listed or filed at the time of the auction like a mechanic's lien.Now, SOMETIMES the auction will be postponed. 

But consistently moving to the confluence of what you're uniquely great at, what you love to do, and what you can make a bunch of money doing...That was a bit in the clouds, wasn't it?

If someone can really bring value, I wouldn't mind bringing them on as an official co-host through Airbnb's co-hosting function.Does anyone in DFW have a successful replicable Airbnb model?

For my first investment property, it might be best to not cloud my judgment of finding a cash flowing property with choosing a place that I will want to live in for a period of time.
