Hi all, quick question for California STR hosts on Airbnb.

That was the first thing they did wrong.There are bad guests and property damage that can happen to the best hosts. 

What recommendations do you have for STR co-hosts/PMs?

Hi Todd, I am using Tenant Cloud for my 22 SFH portfolio.

Online Plus also has the ability to integrate with a lot of other cloud based software.  

Theoretically, the assumption was that hosts would raise rates to cover this fee, not sure how much this is actually happening. 

To @Stacy Raskin's point, if an investor doesn't want to be an STR operator (or has the experience) another strategy could be having another STR operator either co-host or do an STR arbitrage scenario.  

I wonder what the average % is for STR hosts?
