What recommendations do you have for STR co-hosts/PMs?

I've been with Fathom Realty for the past decade, they're a cloud based, 100% commission firm that has a few different plans (they charge flat fees, not splits). 

I looked for reviews and had a hard time seeing the silver lining in the clouds..

We travel with dogs and appreciate hosts welcoming us.

How long have you been hosting long?

Even at today’s interest rates these would have positive cash flow but in large part due to my co-host rate.My view is co-hosts are not getting real wealthy co-hosting.  

My co-host said to allocate $3k for inspection and to address the findings to be safe and hope it is closer to $2k.  

I use RentRedi primarily as my payment platform.For leases, I printed them out, had them physically signed, and then uploaded them to RentRedi so both my tenants and I could access them through a cloud-based system.

Yes, I said "If you don't use a PMS, Airbnb only takes 3% from hosts.
