A Plan B (savings, side hustles, alternate career plans) are in my opinion a key element of financial survival.Last night, I listened to a Townhall Meeting hosted by Dave Ramsey and Chris Hogan (author of Everyday Millionaires).

I'm far from the authority on just about any topic here, but it is my understanding that finding a loan on a multi family property that you will not be occupying without putting 25% down isn't common.

I was made aware of the following options, but these are not in the books for this specific investor:         Establish permanent residency through US Immigration         Obtain a non-permanent resident visa (temporary work authorization).

Mine is at $500 which is fine considering I don't want a phone call to authorize a repair every time a plumber needs to be called.One big thing that I would check is their fee structure, both to you and to the tenant. 

I used to be very critical of people's letters to foreclosure owners and my ego let myself think I was the authority on the topic until......One of my students presented me with the dumbest, most offensive letter I had read.

Not exactly a pro-business author, right? 

(f) Buyer authorizes the mortgage lender and settlement attorney to share with the real estate agents and Seller the following documents in connection with their application for a mortgage loan: (a) any preapproval, (b) any pre-Loan Estimate of loan costs, (c) the Loan Estimate (and any revisions), (d) commitment agreement, (e) Closing Disclosure (and any revisions).

Were the dog and chickens authorized by you?

I think it would've been more productive for the authorities to "properly" analyze and research this instance, to objectively identify any potential issues, rather than promote a narrative, which may not reflect the actual nature of the situation.

Not much support from authorities, due to case volume, begs the question, should I even bother reporting it?
