Real estate is a long game and your hard work and perseverance has paid some nice dividends.

With this being said, it takes time, effort, and a lot of perseverance because you will face challenges.

The fact is, some REI strategies aren't a walk in the park (I know the mentors tell everybody can do it, but not everyone has the passion and perseverance) <--- This is fine too!

However, during retirement, your objective might change more to asset protection and perseverance, you can definitely have those rentals paid off.

There are still some deals to be had with either luck or perseverance.

In the beginning you will need to just persevere through it all and let your actions speak loudly for you and the jibber jabber will all be put to rest.

Perseverance,  ambition, and hard work.

Now if you do poorly, then you take it as a learning lesson and persevere through, sure it will suck to do poorly, but nearly every good investor, business person, etc have failed once or twice.
