If someone told you it was easy pickings, they misled you.You may need to look at your methodology.  

I was checking rootstock but is there any other geography or methodology you would suggest ?

Has anyone else used this methodology for investing in realestate?

The clearer you are on what activities in your day are the highest dollar-productive ones (or otherwise productive), then the more you can gaurd those and execute on those during your timeblocking.I find the GTD and the todoist app to be excellent compliments in this.

If HUD foreclosures is the niche you want to develop your business model with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Larry Goins methodology.
