I hate to bring this up when OP’s in this unfortunate situation: Fundrise does strike me somewhat as a MLM scheme.

Like you are trying to sell them, manipulate them to join a MLM.

It just always smells like MLM.

Try to find some local suppliers/distributors/dealers for the products you want and price the materials you are looking for.

But for every dollar lost has made me that mlm much smarter and stronger.

Have an attourney or consultant review and verify any and all contracts and accounts Including fuel supply contracts, Wholesale distributor contracts and other vendors such as  Frito lay, Pepsi etc.
