Building a Lead List to Sell

I've considered building my own lead list via driving for dollars. When I get owners who are interested, or if I get Return To Sender letters, I want to sell those lists to interested parties. 

I was wondering what type of formats buyers would want this information presented, and what information would they like? How to categories the information?

@Uneeq Khan If you are driving for dollars and finding these properties the better move would be to work with specific investors or wholesalers in your market as a birddog. You bring them the info on the property and you get paid when they close the deal. I have used birddogs to get deals and its been a win-win.
