We've done an ozone machine in the garage and main house, as well as bleach water wash of the floors, baking soda on the floors, and spraying cat pee cleaner.

@Sean Howell so far all on the MLS but it has surprisingly stayed very competitive through Covid, working on building the off market lead machine now so hopefully we will start seeing a good mix moving forward

Why not get software like propstream, or deal machine or other types of software that can sort these types of properties?

You can get an ozone machine to likely take care of the smell.Address any water source if there is any leak, but it can simply be high humidity.
