I really haven't put a whole lot into setting aside money to invest in real estate but I think it is time to sell the boat and restructure my budget a little. 

I'm considering restructuring my rentals, the goal is asset protection and anonymity. 

Finish our last 6 unit renovations on current properties, pay down and restructure our renovation debt, and buy 20-40 more units (if my husband doesn't kill me ;) )

I've discussed what I've learned with our company president and we maybe moving ahead with a completely restructured system.
