Hey there Detarus, coincidentally or not, I just read about you in a basketball article, you're playing some Pro-Am at the Courts, right?

I get a notice for a couple of small weeds barely visible up close, yet my neighbors can place basketball hoops in the middle of the street (not allowed), window AC units (not allowed) cars parked on sidewalks and in once case a lawn for a month (def. not allowed), etc.

Cincinnati has division 1 college football and basketball, pro football, pro baseball, world class symphony orchestra, world class zoo, multiple major music venues, and excellent schools.

It is in a great neighborhood - we live here and part of the reason we are finally getting into real estate is because we love our neighborhood so much, I used to be a college basketball coach and for me to accept a new position meant relocating and we did not want to leave Mt.

I have been in RE sales for 40 years I can tell you I have seen it all.. from weekend warriors to really hot sales folks men and women who went on to do great things financially for themselves and they did it with sales skills.

I used to play basketball against Murray years ago, but I haven't been back for quite some time.
