The app would be what the upcoming generation will do best with and an app that texts would be their favorite (just saying) although I am fine with email and frequently email myself reminders. 

It is awesome to hear how you succeed and grow your portfolio.An app is not that easy to make.

Currently, have signs posted up, Zillow, Facebook, and NextDoor App.

I use a service called Crew Home App for two of my properties where this was a problem.

I know there's the BRRRR calculators on here, but they make you input prices and if I don't know the prices I don't know how to calculate and i that also ties into your repair point you made. right now, I'm only using Zillow and other like apps to look at properties if you have any secret ones, I'm all ears.Thank you! 

Unfortunately they would not refund any of it because I requested a refund outside of their 3 day window, even though I didn’t actually attend their training sessions, nor use their pay-for-use-apps. 

Credit card transactions still have to be entered manually.We actually use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for our accounting since it gives us more flexibility and reporting options.I’d also love to see an in-app calling feature (right now it’s text only).More flexibility to create custom CRM statuses would be nice too.I haven’t tried many other platforms yet, but for now AppFolio and QBO covers most of what we need pretty well.
