I'm not trying to attack Indy - it could happen in other cities in the Midwest or Southeast. 

A cyber attack two years prior on the section 8 system in that city which is not even effecting the specific property currently is 100% NOT a material defect of the property that an agent would be expected or required to disclose, at all.

@Victor D.If you want to do this correctly, the loan product matters.If your goal is to build a business that does not get attacked later for doing things improperly, you should avoid Fannie Mae loans unless you are actually living in the property.
