We continued to add properties to our portfolio over the next couple years and have had fantastic tenants- relocating families, skilled workers, med pros, medical recovery after procedures, digital nomads, all sorts.

I would recommend ensuring the deal would make sense with PM if in med school for example.

With the stress of med school I don't think I'd see too many crazy parties and things like that.

Although being close to OU med does help but the street makes a big difference, some do better than others.
