From Med School to Real Estate – Starting Fresh in the Twin Cities

Hey everyone! My name is Keegan Rosett, and I’m excited to be joining the BiggerPockets community.

A little about me—I was recently accepted into medical school, but after a lot of reflection, I realized the path I truly wanted was one of ownership, freedom, and building something of my own. That led me down the road of real estate investing and entrepreneurship.

Right now, I’m still early in my journey but soaking up as much as I can. I’m currently:

• Partnered with mentors on a project in Brazil

• Exploring deals in Cleveland

• Preparing to launch on my own here in the Twin Cities (Minnesota)

My focus is on learning, connecting with others, and figuring out the best ways to add value while building long-term wealth. I'd love any advice from those who've walked this path—or even just a connection to fellow investors here in Minnesota or beyond.
