Curious to know what everyone is paying per sqft for Reno cost. Light to heavy Reno. Please help me nail down some figures. I have a few bids and just check with those who flip quite often. I stepped away for a few years working in another space in RE but now getting some good deals that I need to take down.

That is an impossible number to give. If you are an experienced investor, you should understand that each house is different with its own issues. Also, the costs at my location are completely wrong for AZ. My advice is do your homework, if that means starting from scratch to rebuild cost base, then go do it.
