I like to cast a wide-net....so I post my rentals on Zillow (and since they own Trulia, it also syndicates there), Redfin, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, and Homes.com.

then he does a BP pod cast and you can imagine how many people invested because of that pod cast then BP to their credit once they realized / or read the credible feed back with pictures they removed the pod cast.
