Tying the sewer lines into the old main stack can be a challenge if the house has cast iron pipes.

So I am trying to find the balance where I can focus most of my time on close knit relationships and casting a wide net.

I like to cast a wide-net....so I post my rentals on Zillow (and since they own Trulia, it also syndicates there), Redfin, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. 

then he does a BP pod cast and you can imagine how many people invested because of that pod cast then BP to their credit once they realized / or read the credible feed back with pictures they removed the pod cast.  

So far, I’ve contacted four brokerages with no responses yet—still early in the outreach, but I wanted to cast a wider net.My Ask:Has anyone here pursued something similar—launching a property management business under a broker’s license without being a broker yourself?

Sure pulling money is great but the servicing of that payment is thing most don’t look at on the pod casts.
