And or as we know they will just move on when lease is up but you dont create a advisory position over 50 or 100 bucks a month out of a 1200 to 1500 dollar rent.. that idiotic in my experience.Also the reality many if not most times is you have a single mother with young children there is not a tougher tenant on a house than that scenario.. so count on costlier turn overs.

At least in Florida, all you need to get a real estate license is to be 18 years of age, have a high school degree or equivalency, a social security number, pass a background check (murders are not allowed, embezzlement is frowned upon as are sexual offenses against children and elders; most other offenses require 'extensive review'), and pass a licensing exam that prepares the newbie for nothing - and the pass rate is 46%.

We warn guests in our welcome email about the risks of being next to water, the reality of needing to watch small children at all times, avoid the water when it is running high, etc.But we do not provide life vests or signage.
