Is it a single owner or is it an inherited property with multiple children owning it now? 

They are on the path to crushing it.OP mentioned being a cancer survivor multiple times, the age of her mom, and 3 children.  

We're located 1/2 mile from Nationwide Children's Hospital so all the more curiosity on how people are faring in the furnished MTR space. 

Also Children's Hospital of Alabama close by.

When one zooms FAR out, the change is absolutely staggering.But, millennials are also having a rough go of it when it comes to homebuying, and more and more of them are choosing not to, or are simply unable to, have children.

Long story short, we chose to go with a UTMA  (with the option to do a 529 if we had more children).I'm having trouble deciding what ETF, stocks, etc. to pick.What is everyone's suggested Diversification/mix/allocation?

I personally own mine near Nationwide Children's Hospital, which has been growing for years and continues to do so.

In a lot of cases the owner is simply ready to retire has no children or the kids have no interest in taking over or in some cases have no work ethic.
