Real estate agents

So I am a first time homebuyer and I'm looking to house hack start an investing journey. Unfortunately, I am having a hard time settling on a real estate agent. What are some good questions I can ask to settle on a good agent and how important is it to use a Real estate agent that specializes in investing rather than one that simply does both homebuyers and investors?

We just bought our first duplex in utah valley and used Taylor Woodbury. I was struggling to find a real estate agent that would bring value to the table, and something I appreciated about Taylor is that he has experience house hacking multiple properties and has a few investment properties in the valley. This meant he actually understood what makes something a good investment property and that he also understands that local rental market. Highly recommend him. In my opinion, if you're looking to house hack, you want a real estate agent either with house hacking experience themselves, or that they have experience helping multiple people purchase a property for house hacking.
