@Benny Weksler yeah I recommend doing a trial for tenant cloud.

Have been looking nationally at NNN and the range of offerings has clouded my decision making.

I can say, my team went from Tenant Cloud to AppFolio, and Appfolio is definitely so much better. 

Then work the list of creditors, judgments, and liens clouding title, taking legal action to remove the ones lacking in legal merit, and trying to offer a “settlement” amount (discounted payoff) for the ones that are legit.

For many you are running full speed into a storm that you are not looking ahead at the clouds and unfortunately for those its not going to end well.

It just scares the crap out of me....but then I had a disastrous period in my life where I was forced to do this, so bad memories of seeing the ramifications are probably clouding my judgement.......As was said, only do this if you are positive that the rewards points are guaranteed to be higher than the interest you are losing.
