Which is more effective, in your experience?

I feel like now the effective rate is much higher than 18% (closer to 30% +)  we agreed on… since they are taking 18% of the net total AND the cleaning fee sum.

I think I there are still a lot of Financially focused people that still have car payments and this could be a super effective hack If it works and more ppl knew about it.To calculate the weekly payment, multiple the monthly payment by 12 and then divide by 52.  

I just recently acquired 2 plots of land in St Cloud Florida in a gated townhome community from a tax deed auction.

Mixing all assets likely will not be possible or cost effective, although, that is straying away from my knowledge.
