transition to full time
I'm a Delaware agent that recently retired from full time employment with the state. I've been licensed for several years but have only ever worked as a part time agent. I'm currently in the process of transitioning to full-time.
1. I would love advice from any of you that have done the same. I've quickly realized that I can have a busy day but not necessarily a productive day.
2. My husband and I own a duplex and previously rehabbed a long-term rental that we've since sold. It's my goal to connect with investors in my area. Aside from this type of forum does anyone have suggestions on how you've successfully made those connections?
