As far as the mentorship, the re are essentially two types of mentorships available:1) Go and find a local wholesaler who's closing good amount of deals each month and either offer to help them out for free with anything they need or try to get hired.

It seems well-structured and includes mentorship, legal docs, market research tools, and a 6-month coaching setup.

All I see that's changed is the tools and the how's. 

So essentially, the result is the same as a “net listing”? 

I absolutely recommend using a rental screening tool, not just for credit scores, but criminal history, eviction history, and job verification.

We are doing discovery calls to identify what tools are used by investors to find rental properties to buy, esp in remote locations.
