Both LVP and laminate floors are low-maintenance and can be cleaned with regular sweeping and mopping.

What I ended up doing was taking buckets of bleach water and "mopping" the walls and ceilings.Change the water frequently and go a bit heavy on the bleach.

Dogs and cats pee on laminate, hot-water humidifiers leak on it, kids start wet-mopping it when they spill something on it that they don't want Mommy to see, tenants turn off the heat when they go somewhere no matter what you write into the lease, and the stuff swells at the joints.

There are lots of warnings about not wet mopping a laminate floor.

The last house he did for me I found out by my cleaner that he was mopping the floor to get a better shot.

To clean this one I used a garden sprayer with vinegar and water 50/50, a sponge mop and another guy with a towel.
