Next I go to "Professor Google". you'd be surprised how often contact info can be found that easily. 

This statement reminds me of a gal I had in college lit class that when the professor asked her how she came up with her dumpster fire of a paper she said "I got it from the internet, and, like, they can't put it on the internet if it isnt true...... right....." 

I would imagine there is a professor or two with real estate and finance experience who can provide some guidance.
