I'm more of a visual learner ...

I'll start combing Youtube as well @Rich Baer, which works especially well for me because I am a very visual learner! 

Keep positive outlook and visualize your goals and take action.

Another plus of the boot is the visual and social pressure, especially in a large complex.

We have used a design software to do our permitting, and visually model things like removing walls etc.

Our inspection period expires on 9/15, inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, 9/13 - we don't expect any significant surprises based on a preliminary visual check.  

That said, I would like to explore a path to using Big Data (and even visual data tools like Tableau/QlikView) to disrupt this market....Does anyone have any proofs of concepts or any Lessons Learned to share?

. - Make sure descriptions visualize the property and not just describe the elements. 2) LOVE having adventure properties - I have 2 cabins that are a 4x4 adventure to get to but VIEWS are outstanding.

@Jonathan Partsch, have your contractor to take measurements of the kitchen and take pictures if you want a visual of the space to help you understand it better.
