Its expensive, but its completely transformed our business (seriously). 

I think that could really transform the room. 

Simply because I feel my people and negotiating skills could easily be transformed and work to an extreme advantage in this field of the real estate market!

When I finally got to the property, after driving past the many neighboring, beautiful, bigger, newer homes on acreage along the way,  I quickly realized what the "problem"  was (or at least one of the problems): a huge power pole, complete with a transformer high up on it, was located about sixteen feet from the front of the house, centered on the front door!

Quite frankly I lean more toward flipping because I enjoy the process of seeing something transform (though that may change when doing it for money) and also because of the potential for higher returns.

We especially liked transforming the house into a home, and hearing the buyer compliment the quality while we were at the closing table.

I see the same thing in L.A , people are saying the NFL stadium will transform Inglewood .

If you see an area undergoing transformation and in the path of progress that can work out but has risks in how that development progresses and in what direction.  

And a prime example is Pittsburgh, coming from a Steel town to a tech town is a major transformation.
