Anyone hear or having issues with CMHA not funding section 8 vouchers?

The real issues arise from everything else investors underestimate: increased cap-ex budgets, rising insurance, higher turnover costs & higher vendor pricing.

My issues with RentRedi have not risen to the level requiring immediate action. 

I once called the county clerks office and was on hold for 27 minutes only to be told I have the wrong extension. the call center representative then told me there’s no way to find the correct number online without being told directly. we then had a long chat about the numerous misdirected calls she's received for other depts facing the same issue. 

The issue I run into while researching this is that my fiancé and I have substantially different incomes and file taxes separately every year.

A lawn company won't solve the issue because the pickup tenant will continue to complain.

@Nick Patterson, have you seen any issues with small condo buildings (<~40 units) with rental restrictions or is it more the larger buildings?
