I am full up on building lots I have 50 bought and shovel ready so not looking for something else at this time.the description above is missing a ton of info.. so hard to make sense of it...my only thoughts are 10 day due diligence and 30 day close on 30 lots in the PDX area is completely unrealistic.. especially at the dollars being bandied about ... if they are shovel ready permit ready maybe... but anything short of that NO way.

Or do you believe he needs to be a licensed realtor  this is a big questions these days in flaFrom what I understand many realtors are getting pretty pissed with wholesalers and turning them into the FLA RE commission and they RE commission is taking action against this unlicensed activity .. do you feel this is happening or just hyperbole

He has alot of videos on YouTube and his lessons are clear and he is extremely patient without the cheessy vibe or the flamboyant GC flare.

Are you suggesting we should ban our renters from parking cars on the property or owning a shovel, golf clubs, steak knives, baseball bats, hammers, etc?

To indirectly quote Dave Ramsey, your income is your "biggest wealth building too"l so it's the size of your "shovel" that matters.

Watch for the next “flare up” and the power grab that will follow.

You're responsible for maintaining the yard, shoveling the snow, and protecting the area from safety hazards. 

It will move mountains much more effectively than a shovel.
