Their service includes replacing the swamp cooler pad, getting it ready for summer/winter (hooking/disconnecting a hose), replacing CO/smoke detector batteries, and replacing the forced air filter.

It had modules for just about anythinng and could calculate all the way down to how many nails you needed for a project.

I was really diligent with the first couple modules - I benefited from having her outline of the math so I could design a spreadsheet.

Really looking to upgrade to battery powered access control to be more efficient and cut costs during turnovers.
