One of them does quarterly maintenance checks of going in changing filters and if their are maintenance items they will take care of it then - if escalates then it's handled sooner

They have higher rates and hire fees than anyone by far, but make up for it with extra advertising spend to catch people that don't know any better.Also when I was shopping around for a home equity loan years ago the Rocket Loan officer told me that home equity loans weren't a thing that existed, only home equity lines of credit (Helocs).

When you are investing in manufactured homes you need to keep a few things in mind. 1.

A small HELOC for strategic use is fine, but I wouldn’t start your investing career by tying your home to multiple leveraged decisions.If everything went sideways, you want your roof safe.2.

But think about the 90   700k homes I built in the last 4 years and we dont need a listing agent. that about 1.5 mil saved. 

I don’t care if someone is promoting their services as long as the information they provide is truthful, beneficial and they provide the positives and negatives without bias.
