Rocket Mortgage is not ready for STR

Was excited when my broker brought Rocket in for my DSCR loan as their rates were 25 bps better than anyone else. And then I learned 9 days before my closing that they don't know how to underwrite for STR.

While they claim to do DSCR loans for STR, and they accepted an app for STR, they only underwrite for LTR.

The Rocket underwriter didn’t even know what AirDNA was.
