Is it family, the reward of taking a distressed property and turning it into a nice home, you want to travel, you want to donate to your favorite charity.

I am donating my 3rd of their inheritance to local (to them) causes they have supported for over 30 yrs.

, I donate plasma which earns me $300 a month, and I'm seriously looking into renting my car out to turn that into an asset instead of a liability. 

The truth is, I have a savings account I transfer the 10% to, and do not necessarily give it/ make a donation right away (the account has a few thousand currently) because we don't like to give to just any cause out there, choosing the ones meaningful to me.Also, can you clarify what it means 'when I have no use for it' (the money)?

After a clean title is acquired I donate the house to the fire department (tax credit!!!!)

They are expensive and I will give them back when the come back to our area to check on their new home that is being built.If they don't want the stuff, I put it in a box and donate or whatever.
