But, I get the impression that you're no longer in a place where you need to be looking out for where your next mortgage payment is coming from, and you can afford to donate your time without too much concern about whether you'll get (re-)paid for it.Unfortunately, most real estate agents these days aren't in that situation...and that's the point of view that I like to keep in mind when I ask someone to help me with something...
