I thought if it like the way app based games are made today, everything is achievement based for access to "next level". 

Not to mention the debt loads I have seen on app's is scary.

No need to add more AI apps when they do the same thing as what you described. 

I rarely have any trouble with Vrbo and their software and app is so much easier to use than Airbnb.I have instant booking turned on so never have an issue with accepting bookings.

Granted, this is just an app to get pre approved, but I'm concerned that without all the correct DSCR needed information, the process will get stalled. 

Hey Matt, out of curiosity when you say "mobile" are you referring to the app or a mobile browser?

The website is archaic, the app is even worse! 

I was trying to appeal to the next generation with more app-based management rather than phone calls and emails.
