I wouldn’t be interested in having someone not qualified looking at the property, most likely disturbing tenants.

Tough one to put down, but very disturbing!

My cheapest may be disturbing to some. $500.00  for qcd (after Free title search)$400 in delinquent taxes and $178.00 water bill.  

It's only harassment if done repeatedly and in a manner that's considered disturbing and/or threatening.

Google voice them with "Do not disturb" enabled.

Things like "no internal showings", "cash only", "Do not disturb tenants", "property to sell AS/IS", "All contents go with the property", "Barn is a safety hazard do not go within 50 feet" are all terms I have used on the MLS.

I used to work for Japanese company and have know many friends who lived in Japan and spoke great Japanese and it seemed like about every 3 months they would have some kind of really mind altering experience culturally that was disturbing, so probably not an easy place to live or invest, even if the opportunity is there.Argentina I think prices/trades their real estate in $, so less currency risk. 

At least they respect and don't disturb the other tenants.

My phone doesn't ring or buzz at night when it's in "do not disturb" mode.
