Local lenders may also have various programs going as well that may be competitive. 

There are specific programs that allow for more than one property or unit on one parcel/lot. 

My company has a paid referral program where they will pay you 5% of the net sale on any lead closed within 90 days.

AVOIDING lawsuits is the BASIS of any asset protection “program”.  

I still insist on cash or a cashiers check for premove in funds but buildium does have a guarantee program that charges the the applicant and they can pay online.
