I am seeing at uptick in buyers from NYC shopping for homes in Connecticut which is causing me to ask what is the best way to market to those in the city?

I am hopeful they will have solid answers because I want to be in support of it, but if we did eliminate homestead property taxes, and it caused a huge defecit or problem, it would be very difficult to convince people to start paying property taxes again, so a tough decision to reverse. 

I was focusing on traveling nurses cause I thought they would be the primary focus of tenants. 2 years later I yet to have a traveling nurse at my place and am always booked.

So in my UFI it reads: street address, city, state, zip, city, state, zipIt sucks cause the two cities have  different STR regulations and reporting.

Or worst, deferring the diligence cause you're "too busy".
