What I'm getting at is a website/SEO truly the best use of your time?... 

@Isaura Orellana I don't see what OOS investors from SoCal have to do with Detroit rentals, but never pass up an opportunity to SEO right? 

I can get SEO and Optimization without going through a guru.

Lastly try making a website then optimize it with SEO and ads.

There has been a great shift away from YP advertising as owners are moving more towards SEO programs and the Internet for advertising.

Hey Scott,I took the TT intro course, bought the training, and attended one of their three-day workshops.Prior to enrolling, I searched for lien/deed training courses and TT has an excellent SEO manager, so I ended up going that route. 

Consider hiring the VAs to handle cold calling, freeing up your schedule to interact exclusively with motivated sellers in real-time, and look at other channels like direct mail, text, SEO, and boots on the ground networking. 

I’m hopeful going into this slow season  because I have traction and great SEO optimization but can’t give any sort of projection at the moment.
