Compile a never ending list of potential buyers and their criteria, it will come in handy, trust me.

This shift that we are in for housing compilation, yes it's very similar to the emergence of Walmart in retail, and how it reshaped everything.

I have an upcoming showing of a property I’m interested later this week and wanted to compile a list of questions to ask the realtor/seller before I make a final decision on the offer price or if I plan to go through with the property.

Just FYI in case you can't find a way to pull that list in your county via the MRIS, there are some services available that will compile those lists for you and them sell them to you.

In addition, I have had good luck in finding real estate transaction info (including new/old owner names and addresses) on the county's deed registry website, where all real estate records are compiled for a county.
