I found a house, what next?

I found a house hidden behind heavy growth, the house is a mess in a very nice neighborhood. I found out the owner died in 2009 it is now owned by his estate 1/2 isn't and two other names plus a fourth that says 1/2 int. I got in touch with one of the people she was very nice, she said it needs a lot of repairs and stated it wasn't for sale. I also found more properties in their names. Is there anything else I could do? Or should I leave it alone? Ideas please
