More custom and higher-end properties will generally be on the higher side, while medium-level homes will be lower.

In contrast, rebuilding a garage is a time-consuming, on-site process that offers more customization and durability but incurs higher costs and a longer timeline due to foundation work, on-site construction, and permitting.

I don’t need help often but have had good luck with customer service when needed.  

And I may need some custom clause in the case where she doesn't pay me back in full.   

That said, smaller community banks or credit unions can sometimes offer better customer service and faster loan decisions — especially for investors doing multiple projects or house hacks.

And, even though you could customize the systems to get the job done, it will probably take a big effort and long learning curve.If you're willing to try AI, it can build a system for you exactly as you want it.
