We always accept payment prior to a customer moving in.

Most of my customers are looking for distressed properties with potential for a flip.

I'd include pictures (where applicable), and detailed descriptions of what is expected from the customer. 

I called the Transunion Customer Service number to ask them why this was and the guy I spoke with was useless.

As one of our locations gets close to 100%, we turn off that account, since our normal "funnel" of customers will feed our needs from then on.  

Also, one last thing is smart agents know they make way more money with a customer who has great experience and tells their network vs having a client bid up and feel they got taken advantage of...

I had to get permission from our customer, but they gave the OK.

Currently, we are generating landing pages, SEO campaigns, and social media posts, but I feel like I'm missing the mark so much because I'm still not reaching a majority of customers.

Part of the upper floor of the main house is unfinished, so there is room for customization or redevelopment.Because the plot is relatively large for a seafront location and the area is very quiet, I have been wondering whether the highest and best use would be:• renovating the existing houses• developing additional villas on the plot• or selling it as a small development projectThe property is also within the price range for the Greece Golden Visa Program, which seems to attract many international buyers.I’d be interested to hear from investors or developers here:• Do projects like this near Athens typically attract interest from developers?
