The guy that took over for him is very unresponsive and when you do try to work with the client for help, he's grumpy and throws up a ton more road blocks than should be there.

@Ross Kane they are very real, but honestly a vast majority of realtors are unresponsive...

They are also very unresponsive, you'll get a lot of upfront communication while you're signing up for things and then they disappear. 

When folks become unresponsive there is usually a reason.
